These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ruby888 platform, including all games, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each player is permitted one ruby888 account. Duplicate accounts — even with different email addresses or phone numbers — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, ruby888 reserves the right to merge or close them and adjust balances accordingly.
All promotional bonuses issued by ruby888 are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable requirement (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately.
Bonus abuse, use of automated betting software (bots), collusion, money laundering, chargebacks, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. ruby888 uses automated and manual monitoring systems. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
ruby888 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. ruby888 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for compliance purposes.
ruby888 operates under the regulatory authority of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes not resolved through ruby888's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR.

By accessing the ruby888 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ruby888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ruby888 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login information. You must notify ruby888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
ruby888 may require full KYC verification (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) at any time, including before processing the first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of request may result in account restriction.
ruby888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following supported methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the account dashboard and may be updated by ruby888 from time to time.
All deposits are credited to the player's real-money balance upon confirmed receipt by ruby888's payment processing system. ruby888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing windows, or network issues outside ruby888's control.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically and operationally feasible. ruby888 processes GCash withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts within 15 minutes on standard business days. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically processed within one business day.
ruby888 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by the compliance system. ruby888 may request supporting documentation such as source-of-funds declarations in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money deposits are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC completion, provided no wagering requirement lock applies to that specific balance portion.
ruby888 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
General bonus conditions applicable to all ruby888 promotions unless stated otherwise:
All games available on ruby888 operate according to rules published within each game's information panel. ruby888 presents games from licensed third-party providers; game rules, RTP figures, and mechanics are determined by the provider and certified by independent testing laboratories.
In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, ruby888 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously large win display, that win is void and ruby888 will notify the player accordingly. ruby888 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its direct control, including internet connectivity failures on the player's end.
Game results from live dealer tables are determined by real physical outcomes (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) in certified studios. ruby888 does not alter or influence live dealer game outcomes in any way.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal gaming purposes only. No player may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ruby888 content without prior written permission.
ruby888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on ruby888, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
ruby888 does not sell player personal data to third parties. Personal data collected for KYC purposes is processed solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and PAGCOR compliance obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ruby888's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ruby888 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity; (c) losses caused by third-party payment provider failures; (d) service interruptions caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or network infrastructure failures beyond ruby888's control.
ruby888 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times, though ruby888 will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.
Players may close their ruby888 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
ruby888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is detected; (c) a player has failed to satisfy KYC requirements within the required period; or (d) PAGCOR or another regulatory authority directs ruby888 to do so.
ruby888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of ruby888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept revised Terms should close their accounts before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between a player and ruby888, the player should first contact ruby888 support at [email protected] to seek resolution through ruby888's internal complaints procedure. ruby888 will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal procedure, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through administrative channels.
